DJ FU – OLD SCHOOL DnB CLASSIC JUNGLE MIX 1

Dig out your MA2 Bomber Jacket and reload your gun fingers, here comes the unstoppable DJ Fu with a tearing mix of Jungle classics. So authentic you can actually smell a warehouse full of crack pipes and pitbull terriers.

Play this mix really loud and by track 7 you’ll have a guy called Terry outside your house doing hand breaks turns in his Sierra Cosworth.

The chances of you being a better DJ than Fu are vanishingly small. Catch this guy playing and you’ll stagger home  with your tail between your legs only to throw your turntables in the bin.

Proper talent.
Bit of a cunt, mind.

DJ Lee – Exclusive Deep House Mix 0

DJ’s are of course preceded by their reputation. You want a rough idea of what your going to hear when you stagger into a party. You’d be pretty upset if paid to see Digweed and he played electro-swing all night (or even for a moment). But as DJ’s get known for playing one genre or another you don’t really get to enjoy their broader musical horizons. And when you do get the chance to hear tracks from the “other” crates it can be real treat.

Drum and Bass veteran DJ Lee has toured the planet playing for Goldie’s illustrious Metalheadz crew.
A veteran of the mix and blend Lee has racked up more hours behind the decks than you’ve had sat on your sofa wishing you were him.

So when he offered to craft an exclusive deep house mix for this little corner of the internet I nearly choked on my chai-latte.
The golden ears of a partially deafened professional DnB DJ have picked out some superior house tracks that might have drifted under your radar. Expertly mixed and deftly programmed this deep house excursion goes to show that DJ Lee can spin a lot more than drum and bass and deadpan sarcasm.

Submotion Orchestra – Always (Laxx remix) 0

If you get the chance to catch Submotion Orchestra you should grab it with both hands and lightly throttle it . A 7 piece live dubstep/DnB experience to behold which is good because dubstep, lets face it, is dull as watching tin rust. Most live dubstep performances plumb the depths of bass wanking self indulgence  - however Submotion Orchestra demonstrate intellect and deft musicianship so you should Keep your ears peeled for more from this crew.  “Always” gets a tweak over with Laxx on the buttons.

Aquasky – Raise The Devil 3

WASHED UP RAVERS BACK FROM THE DEAD - having been under chemical restraint in a studio furnished only with cups of Bovril and a bag of rationed parma-violets Aquasky return to the fold with an album of tearout bass, breaks and gnarliness.
