Rumour has it he assembling  his own private army and has dastardly plans for world domination – not cheap.  In the dystopian future while his faceless drones do his  evil bidding,  Mr Shinra can be locked in the studio and forced to further refine his brand of straight up electro burners.  I have no idea what the fuck I am on about.
